Mysterious Night Walk is a collection of 12 mandolin and guitar duos with lyrical and contemporary pieces. The level of the pieces range from pre-grade 1 to about grade 3. Different instrumental techniques are used and developed: The mandolin part features arpeggios, chromatics, repeated notes and double stopping. The guitar part develops right hand techniques, playing in different positions as well as furthering the skills in articulation. Fingering and dynamics have been added to help the performance and suggest interpretation of the pieces.
