Barbara Pommerenke-Steel is a mandolin and guitar teacher based in Lanarkshire, Scotland. Barbara teaches the mandolin on an individual basis and in classes. She founded the award winning mandolin and guitar orchestras “Da Capo Alba” (1999) and “MANGO” (youth orchestra, 2005). Barbara is involved in local, national and international federations and organisations in which she works tirelessly to improve the standard of mandolin teaching and playing throughout the UK.
